Insured shipping and handling is free within the continental USA via either 3 day UPS delivery or the United States post office. If your prefer faster shipping or delivery outside the continental USA, we will charge actual costs.
What if I need to return my order?
You may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving it. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. If you have used a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. We suggest using UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection.
